My Philosophy

As a therapist I use an eclectic approach to therapy by utilizing a variety of counseling methods in the process of therapy. By combining different styles of therapy, I can meet the individual needs of my clients. In our therapy sessions, we will discuss your concerns, look for avenues of personal growth, and set goals for future therapy sessions.

I am committed to approaching your case with integrity, respect, care and concern. I am focused on helping you find solutions and identify a plan which will enable you to meet your goals.
